3. Advertising and promotion of the sale: We would advertise and promote the estate sale to attract potential buyers and generate interest in the items being sold. This may include creating and distributing flyers, posting advertisements online, and using other marketing strategies.
4. Management of the sale: Forgotten Generations will manage the sale itself, including setting up and displaying the items, handling transactions, and ensuring that the sale runs smoothly.
5. Accounting and distribution of proceeds: After the sale is complete, we provide the client with a detailed accounting of the results and  distribute the proceeds according to the client's wishes.
